Users of the Home for the Honeymoon online down payment registry may request a referral from Home for the Honeymoon to licensed real estate professionals qualified to assist them with real estate trade transactions. Users of Home for the Honeymoon online down payment registry are free to engage the services of a licensed real estate professional such as real estate agent, mortgage lender, and any other real estate professional engaged in the normal course of a real estate transaction that was not referred to the user by Home for the Honeymoon.
Guarantees/Warranties
Home for the Honeymoon does not warranty or guarantee that use of the online registry service will necessarily result in the user successfully obtaining mortgage financing or qualifying for financing of any particular home purchase price. Users of the online registry are responsible for verifying the usability of the gift funds toward the down payment on the mortgage with their mortgage provider and must ensure that the mortgage provider approves the use of gifted funds as a qualified source of down payment funds. HOME FOR THE HONEYMOON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH USERS OF THE ONLINE DOWN PAYMENT REGISTRY HAVE FAILED TO SUCCESSFULLY SECURE A MORTGAGE OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A MORTGAGE PROVIDER ‘S REFUSAL TO INCLUDE GIFTED FUNDS AS A SOURCE OF SUITABLE DOWN PAYMENT TOWARDS A MORTGAGE.
Home for the Honeymoon does not warranty or guarantee any particular aspect of the real estate transaction. It is the responsibility of the users to ensure that they are working with qualified, licensed real estate professionals.
Illegal Use of Website Content

Service Fees
Users of the online down payment registry agree to pay a fee of 4% to Home for the Honeymoon. This fee is all-inclusive and allows Home for the Honeymoon to run the registry service, manage your registry, and host the wedding website. The fee also eliminates other typical registry costs such as initial set up fees, and high service charges, credit card payment processing fees and other payment processing fees.HOME FOR THE HONEYMOON DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT SERVICES FEES CHARGED BY PAYPAL.
Taxation
Home for the Honeymoon makes no claims regarding revenue disclosure and/or tax obligations. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with taxation laws which may pertain to them and are responsible for all information/ personal record keeping for tax reporting purposes.
Protection of Personal Information
All personal information submitted to the down payment registry through registration for registry services and during use of registry services which could be used to recognize individual users is kept confidential and will not be sold, shared, leased/rented or licensed to any third party without the prior consent of the user. Home for the Honeymoon may collect personal information necessary to respond to your requests for our customized products and services as well as requests for referrals to real estate industry professionals and to allow you to use the personalized resources available on our website.
Where requests for referrals to real estate industry professionals is made by users, it is understood that the user’s personal contact information will be disclosed to the referred party for the purposes of establishing contact with the down payment registry user.
Home for the Honeymoon reserves the right to use general anonymous data collected on the website for the purposes of tracking and maintaining website activity and quality service.
Handling of Contributions
You acknowledge and agree that PayPal.com manages all funds that are received via www.homeforthehoneymoon.com. You also acknowledge and agree that if the 'Recipient' chooses to use the 'Services' provided by H4H, he/she/they agree to sign-up for a free PayPal.com ‘Premier’ account (agreeing to their Terms) and submit the email address linked to their PayPal account to H4H. 'Recipients' agree and understand that he/she/they must sign-up for a ‘Premier’ PayPal account and submit their email address through their registration page before he/she/they can start collecting donations towards their house fund. The 'Recipient' also acknowledges that he/she/they must follow processes as described via PayPal to receive a deposit of gift funds to their bank account or other form of payment of their gift funds. ’Recipients’ also agree that once a payment of funds is made towards their account, PayPal will process this payment deducting the PayPal processing fee along with the H4H fee and the balance of the payment will be forwarded to the “Recipients’ PayPal account. ‘Recipients’ also agree that all inquiries related to donations received or to be received in their PayPal ‘Premier’ account must be directed solely to PayPal and not HMH. Home For the Honeymoon is not authorized to make inquiries to PayPal on behalf of either the ‘Donor’ or the ‘Recipient’ because the donation of any funds is solely between the ‘Donor’ and ‘Recipient’.
